New Agent Training

Our training techniques ensure new Agents can train quickly and in the method that best suits their learning style

We provide a comprehensive training program that includes classroom, field, and online training. New Agents are also paired with a veteran Agent so they have a resource to answer questions.

• Recruits are offered product training and have access to online training 24/7
• Agents are given field training with their Assistant Unit Manager, Unit Manager, or Branch Manager
