Our combination of training techniques ensures that new Agents can train quickly and in the method that best suits their learning style

We provide a comprehensive training program that includes classroom, field, and online training. New Agents are also paired with a veteran Agent so they have a resource to answer questions.

• Recruits are offered product training and have access to online training 24/7
• Agents are also given field training with their Unit or Branch Manager to see how they conduct a sales presentation
• Every three months, the Company hosts New Agent Training seminars. Top-producing new Agents qualify to attend these seminars where they receive additional training from Company president Andy King as well as Liberty National’s most successful Agents and Branch Managers
